Product Description: What is the difference between single-layer and double-layer sandals? Both sandals offer arch support. Double-layer sandals have an extra layer that raises the heel by 5/16th of an inch, catering to those with high arches or who wear insoles.

What if I'm in-between sizes? The sizing chart accounts for half sizes in the layered construction range. If you find yourself between sizes, it is recommended to size down. For numbered sizes, if you are a half-size, it is suggested to size down as well.

How do I break in my sandals? Customers have reported that wedging a tennis ball or water bottle under the straps overnight can help stretch them.
